after IDM installed:
1- Extract "IDM-5.XX-Cracks.rar" & copy "internet.download.manager.v5.xx-patch.exe" to install dir (usually C:\Program Files\Internet Download Manager)
2- run "internet.download.manager.v5.xx-patch.exe" & press "Crack It"
3- use reg files to register by your own information (R-32 for 32bit - R-64 for 64bit)
4- enjoy
Note: Maybe your anti-virus catch "internet.download.manager.v5.xx-patch.exe" as a virus (Trojan or Hack Tool). It's false positive of course
